Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients (doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, distributors).
Promote pharmaceutical products by explaining their uses, compositions, and benefits.
Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations confidently.
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong client pipeline.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of calls and sales and report on performance.
Educational Qualification: B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) – Mandatory
Experience:
• Minimum 1 year in telesales or pharmaceutical sales
• Good understanding of drugs, molecules, and their uses in various medicines
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
