Responsible for efficiently managing day-to-day pharmacy store operations, assisting customers, maintaining inventory, processing sales, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily operations of the retail pharmacy store.
Attend to customers and understand their medicine/healthcare product requirements.
Dispense medicines strictly as per valid prescriptions and applicable regulations.
Generate bills and handle cash, UPI, card and other payment transactions.
Maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory levels.
Check expiry dates, batch numbers, MRP and product condition regularly.
