Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Pathology Lab Technician to join our team in a Customer Support role for our pathology lab software. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a background in medical laboratory technology. This role combines technical support, customer relationship management, and sales assistance to ensure our clients receive outstanding service.
Requirements
Must hold a DMLT or BMLT diploma.
Strong spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.
Prior experience working in a pathology lab is preferred.
Ability to join within 15 days.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
Provide technical support to pathology labs using our software.
Resolve customer queries and ensure timely closure of support tickets.
Maintain positive relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and service renewals.
Conduct product demonstrations for potential customers.
Assist new customers in setting up accounts and provide training on software usage.
Follow up with leads to convert them into active clients.
General
Collect and monitor customer feedback; suggest software improvements.
Stay updated with software features, enhancements, and industry best practices.
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Schedule
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
