Job Description

We are looking for a Pathology Lab Technician to join our team at Health Care Pathlab to assist in medical testing and diagnostic services.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Collect blood, urine, and other patient samples for pathology tests

- Perform routine and specialized tests: CBC, LFT, KFT, Sugar, Lipid Profile, VBG, Thyroid, HbA1c, etc.

- Operate and maintain lab equipment like auto-analyzer, microscope, centrifuge

- Ensure accuracy in testing and timely preparation of lab reports

- lab safety protocols, maintain hygiene and biomedical waste disposal

- Handle patients politely and maintain patient records

**Requirements:**

- DMLT / BMLT degree mandatory

- Minimum 1-2 years experience in pathology lab preferred

- Knowledge of phlebotomy and venipuncture

- Basic computer knowledge for report generation

- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & English

- Must be punctual and responsible

**Location:** Tathawade Wakad,Maharashtra

**Salary:** As per experience
