Job Details and Key Responsibilities:

Position Overview: The Executive Operations at Dr. Geetanjali’s Healthcare Centre Private Limited is responsible for the efficient coordination and execution of various operational activities, ensuring smooth service delivery, accurate sample registration, and effective communication across all operational touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Coordination with sites for all Operations service requirements.

·         Preparation of sample collection inventory and shipment to designated sites.

·         Ensuring accurate sample registration and quality control (QC).

·         Handling reception duties and required internal or external operations coordination and communication.

·         Managing report dispatch to relevant parties.

Qualifications & Skills:

·         Technical & Soft Skills

o    Strong organizational and time-management skills.

o    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

o    Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

o    Good communication and interpersonal skills.

o    Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).

o    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
