Pathology Lab Technician

Job Title: Lab Technician
Location: Paradeep, Odisha (On-site – JSW Utkal Steel Ltd Project Site)

Salary: ₹10,000 per month + Bachelor’s accommodation

Minimum Qualification (Mandatory):

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma)

• Prior experience in diagnostic labs is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct blood, urine, and biochemical tests (LFT, RFT, CBC, etc.)

• Operate and maintain lab equipment such as CBC Analyzer, ECG Machine, and Biochemistry Analyzer

• Collect and label specimens accurately

• Assist in report generation and digital processing via LMIS

• Support the doctor during consultations and document verification

• Maintain safety, hygiene, and sterilization protocols in the lab

• Coordinate with the administrative team for equipment and consumables management

• It is a Full Time Lab Technician / Pharmacist job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
