Blood collection and proper sample handling.
Coordinate samples with external laboratories.
Prepare and update medical reports using clinic software.
Coordinate candidate appointments and guide candidates for their medicals.
Manage reception, calls and WhatsApp communication.
Maintain patient/candidate records and documentation.
Assist in smooth day-to-day management of the clinic.
Maintain cleanliness, supplies and overall clinic coordination.
Requirements:
DMLT/BMLT or relevant laboratory experience preferred.
Good communication and computer skills.
Experience in blood collection and diagnostic/medical centre work preferred.
Responsible, punctual, well-organised and patient-friendly.
