Medical Lab Technician

Medical – Non-Clinical (Desk Job Only)

This is an office-based role focused entirely on online medical report checking.

✅ No hospital duty

✅ No lab testing work

✅ No patient interaction

✅ No field work

Key Responsibilities :

Reviewing medical reports digitally

Checking and maintaining scientific/medical data accuracy

Entering patient details into software systems

Reviewing test results through internal platform

Using word processing tools, databases, and medical software

This role is mainly related to medical documentation, backend data review, and report verification.

🕒Shift Timing:

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Male/Female)

2nd Shift:

3:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Female) / 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Male)

General Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

🎓 Eligibility Criteria :

HSC or Any Graduate

Diploma in MLT/DMLT preferred

0–3 years experience

Freshers can apply

Lab experience is acceptable

Knowledge of pharmacy/lab software (like Lab Soft) is an added advantage

• Want to move from lab work to office work

• Prefer fixed shifts and desk-based work

• Are a fresher looking to enter the healthcare corporate sector

• Have basic computer knowledge
