Medical Lab Technician

We are looking for a Medical Lab Technician to join our team at Expert Ayurveda to assist in medical testing, sample analysis, and medication dispensing. The role involves handling laboratory equipment, preparing reports, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 In-Hand
Experience: 6 Months – 6+ Years
Qualification: Graduate / BMS (Bachelor of Medical Sciences) or relevant medical/laboratory qualification

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Education & Skills Required:

• Minimum Graduate in any stream; BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) preferred.

• 6 months – 6+ years of experience in Sales / Telesales / Healthcare Sales / Pharma Sales.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Good knowledge of sales techniques, lead conversion, and customer handling.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Basic knowledge of medical/healthcare products and terminology is an advantage.

• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

• Target-oriented with good negotiation and closing abilities.

• Comfortable handling customers over phone and face-to-face.

• Good interpersonal skills and professional attitude.

• It is a Full Time Lab Technician / Pharmacist job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
