Lab Technician

Position: Lab Technician
Location: Hyderabad
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine laboratory tests, sample collection, and analysis as per standard protocols.

• Prepare specimens for analysis and ensure accuracy and quality in test results.

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment with proper calibration and documentation.

• Follow safety procedures and infection control protocols strictly.

• Record and report results to medical officers and assist in diagnostics.

• Maintain inventory and ensure the availability of lab consumables.

• Coordinate with medical and support staff for timely patient care.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT).

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a clinical lab/hospital diagnostic setup.

• Proficiency in pathology, biochemistry, microbiology, and hematology lab work.

• Strong knowledge of lab safety and quality standards (NABL preferred).

• Ability to work independently and handle lab operations efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Familiar with automated lab equipment and hospital information systems.

• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
