Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our diagnostic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in laboratory sciences, with the ability to perform tests accurately, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests as per clinical protocols.

• Collect, label, and process samples with precision and care.

• Ensure accurate preparation, analysis, and documentation of test results.

• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, ensuring proper calibration and upkeep.

• Adhere to strict safety protocols, infection control measures, and quality assurance standards.

• Record, interpret, and report findings to medical personnel to assist in diagnosis.

• Monitor and manage inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents.

• Collaborate with medical and nursing teams for efficient patient care coordination.

Required Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT).

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical laboratory or hospital diagnostics environment.

• Hands-on expertise in pathology, biochemistry, microbiology, and hematology.

• Working knowledge of NABL guidelines and lab quality control practices.

• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in handling automated lab equipment and hospital information systems (HIS/LIS).

• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts when required.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage lab operations independently.

• It is a Full Time Lab Technician / Pharmacist job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
