Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented DMLT Staff / Lab Technician to join our team at [Your Hospital / Diagnostic Center Name]. The candidate will be responsible for conducting routine and specialized laboratory tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, generating accurate diagnostic reports, and following strict health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze blood, urine, tissue, and other biological samples.

• Perform routine hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and serology tests using automated and manual techniques.

• Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy.

• Record test results accurately in the lab management system and prepare timely diagnostic reports.

• Follow strict safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols in accordance with healthcare standards.

• Manage laboratory supplies, inventory, and chemical reagents, placing orders when stocks are low.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or B.Sc. in MLT.

• Experience: [e.g., Freshers / 1–3 years of experience] in a hospital, clinical setting, or diagnostic laboratory.

• Skills: Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment (centrifuges, analyzers, microscopes), knowledge of medical terminology, and basic computer skills for report entry.

• Certifications: Valid state paramedical council registration (if applicable).

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and excellent organizational skills.
