Key ResponsibilitiesColor Matching: Precise matching of colors based on customer samples or Pantone/RAL shades.Formulation: Developing cost-effective and high-performance masterbatch formulations for various polymers (PE, PP, PS, etc.).Testing: Conducting pigment testing, dispersion analysis, and heat stability tests.Quality Control: Ensuring every batch meets the required quality standards before production.Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of lab trials, recipes, and test results.
