Job Overview:
Hindustan Wellness is seeking a qualified and dedicated Lab Technician to join our healthcare team at Ratlam Medical College, Ratlam. The candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, and supporting medical staff with accurate diagnostic results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, label, and process blood, urine, and other samples for laboratory testing.

• Perform routine laboratory tests and maintain accurate records of results.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of laboratory samples and materials.

• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment as required.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness within the laboratory.

• Assist doctors and medical staff in diagnostic procedures when needed.

• Maintain documentation and laboratory reports according to medical standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT) or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical or hospital laboratory preferred.

• Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and diagnostic procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of pathology lab procedures

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment

• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records
