Lab Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor RO Plant, STP, and ETP as per the daily schedule.

• Check and record water quality parameters (pH, TDS, DO, conductivity, MLSS, flow rate, pressure, etc.).

• Ensure proper functioning of pumps, blowers, aerators, filters, membranes, and chemical dosing systems.

• Maintain daily log sheets and update all operational records.

• Add chemicals and maintain dosing levels as instructed.

• Handle sludge removal and maintain the cleanliness of all treatment areas.

• Perform basic maintenance, flushing, and cleaning of tanks/equipment.

• Follow all safety procedures and use PPE.

• Immediately report any abnormal condition, leak, or breakdown to the supervisor.
