Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Lab Technician to join our diagnostic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting samples, conducting tests, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with medical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and label blood, urine, and other body fluid samples.

- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests.

- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.

- Record and report test results accurately to physicians.

- Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality control protocols are strictly followed.

- Maintain lab inventory and prepare reagents as needed.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / MLT).

- Valid certification or license as per state regulations.

- 5-7 years of lab experience preferred.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with lab software.

- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
