Lab Technician

• Supervise and manage all in-patient wards and clinical areas under in-patient services.

• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff to ensure timely admissions, transfers, and discharges.

• Monitor patient care quality, satisfaction, and safety across all units.

• Handle patient and family concerns, ensuring prompt resolution in coordination with clinical teams.

• Allocate beds effectively, especially during peak times, emergencies, or high occupancy.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control protocols, and safety standards.

• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation as per regulatory requirements.

• Lead ward rounds with administrative staff to assess care delivery and patient needs.

• Support the nursing team in staff scheduling, leave planning, and performance management.

• Work with other departments like housekeeping, dietetics, pharmacy, and diagnostics to coordinate patient services.
