Key Responsibilities
Collect, receive, label, and safely store samples.
Prepare samples, solutions, reagents, and laboratory materials as required.
Perform laboratory tests according to approved SOPs and procedures.
Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment.
Assist senior technicians, scientists, or QC personnel with experiments and analysis.
Record test results, observations, and laboratory activities accurately.
Maintain laboratory records, inventory, and documentation.
Ensure glassware, instruments, and work areas are clean and properly sterilized.
Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, and waste-disposal procedures.
Report abnormal results, equipment issues, or deviations to the supervisor.
Maintain adequate stock of chemicals, reagents, consumables, and other laboratory supplies.
Follow company quality standards and applicable laboratory procedures.
Required Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety practices.
Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs accurately.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
Freshers may be considered depending on the role.
