Lab Technician

Perform phlebotomy (blood collection) with accuracy and care

Conduct routine laboratory tests and maintain quality control standards

Be ready to assist with home sample collection visits

Handle front desk activities including patient registration, report handover, and billing support

Connect with patients via phone calls for coordination, reminders, and query resolution

Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and storage of samples

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the lab

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/MLT) or equivalent

Experience in phlebotomy & lab work is mandatory

Good communication skills and patient-friendly attitude

Must know Kannada language (speaking & understanding)

Willingness to work in multi-tasking roles (lab + front desk + home visits)

Basic computer knowledge for report entry and communication
