Job Description

Job Title: QA Chemist
Industry: Surgery Gloves Manufacturing / Rubber Industry
Location: In Person
Experience: 1 – 4 Years
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry / Polymer Science
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000

Job Responsibilities:

Perform testing of raw materials, in-process compounds, and finished products.
Conduct rubber testing such as tensile strength, hardness, viscosity, elongation, and aging tests.
Maintain QA documentation, test reports, and calibration records.
Support ISO audits and quality compliance activities.
Coordinate with Production and R&D teams for quality improvement.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of ASTM / ISO rubber testing standards.
Experience in handling Rheometer, Mooney Viscometer, Tensile Tester, etc.
Good communication and system knowledge.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
