Key Responsibilities

• Conduct chemical experiments in alignment with standard operating procedures.

• Perform testing and analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and final products.

• Prepare chemical solutions and reagents required for laboratory procedures.

• Ensure strict quality control throughout the production and testing processes.

• Maintain accurate data records and prepare reports on experiments and findings.

• Comply with all safety and regulatory standards applicable to laboratory operations.

• Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and operation of lab equipment.

• Collaborate with the R&D team for continuous product improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Chemistry or a related discipline (Mandatory)

• M.Sc. in Chemistry or relevant specialization (Preferred)

• 8–12+ years of experience in a lab environment

•Background in Tobacco or FMCG industry preferred
