Lab Chemist

Opportunity to work in leading MNC company.

The Lab Chemist’s role is to perform and support advanced analytical testing preparing samples and reagents, operating high-end instruments (ICP-OES, XRF, auto-titrator, hardness tester), and ensuring data integrity and safety compliance in our NABL-accredited laboratory.

Responsibilities:

● Assist in conducting laboratory tests per established SOPs.

● Prepare chemical solutions, standards, and samples.

● Operate and maintain analytical instruments: ICP-OES, XRF, auto-titrator, hardness tester.

● Record, analyze, and accurately document experimental data and results.

● Handling and disposal of chemicals and lab waste safely as per regulations.

● Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready laboratory environment.

● Support senior lab technicians in daily operations and troubleshooting.

● Monitor inventory of reagents, consumables, and reorder supplies as needed.

● Comply with health, safety, and NABL accreditation standards and assist during audits.

Candidate Requirements:

● Education: M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry (or closely related).

● Experience: 1–3 years in an analytical lab setting

● Demonstrated experience with NABL audits and maintaining audit-ready documentation.

● Strong understanding of sample preparation, titration, and instrument calibration.

● Comfortable handling routine data entry and report generation in Excel or LIMS Excellent attention to detail, safety awareness, and laboratory discipline.

Good verbal and written communication skills in Englis
