Qualification: B.Sc (Chemistry or related field)
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Chemist with hands-on experience in water and wastewater analysis. The candidate should be proficient in performing key laboratory tests such as COD, BOD, TSS, TDS, and pH, ensuring accurate results and compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine analysis of water/wastewater samples including:

Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD)

Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD)

Total Suspended Solids (TSS)

Total Dissolved Solids (TDS)

pH levels

· Maintain laboratory instruments and ensure proper calibration

· Record, analyze, and report test results accurately

· Ensure adherence to safety standards and laboratory protocols

· Assist in troubleshooting and process improvement activities

· Maintain proper documentation and lab records

Skills & Requirements:

· Practical experience in water testing parameters (COD, BOD, TSS, TDS, pH)

· Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and chemicals

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

· Candidate with experience in water treatment plants or testing laboratories will be preferred

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Working Conditions:

· Site/Laboratory-based role

· May involve handling chemicals and following safety procedures

• It is a Full Time Lab Technician / Pharmacist job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
