Job Title: Lab Chemist – Mineral & Coal Inspection

Location: Gandhidham Department: Laboratory / QC

Job Summary:

Responsible for analyzing coal and mineral samples to determine quality and composition. Ensures testing complies with ASTM/ISO standards and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct proximate/ultimate analysis, GCV, and ash tests

• Operate lab equipment (e.g., bomb calorimeter, AAS, ICP)

• Prepare and handle samples as per SOPs

• Record and report accurate test data

• Maintain lab instruments and ensure safety compliance

Requirements:

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or related field

• 2+ years’ lab experience in coal/mineral testing

• Knowledge of ASTM, ISO, BIS standards

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• It is a Full Time Lab Technician / Pharmacist job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
