Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain laboratory areas, floors, furniture, fixtures, and workspaces.
Wash and clean laboratory equipment and reusable materials as instructed.
Collect, segregate, and dispose of laboratory waste safely as per established procedures.
Move laboratory materials, samples, equipment, and other items within the facility as required.
Restock and maintain cleaning and general laboratory supplies.
Use and maintain cleaning equipment and tools properly.
Handle cleaning agents and chemicals safely according to workplace guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the laboratory.
Report any damage, maintenance requirements, spills, or safety hazards to the concerned department.
Provide general assistance and support to laboratory staff as required.
