Lab Assistant

Sample responsibilities for this position include:

Ensuring that microbiological testing complies with both GLP and GMP and meets all requirements

Establish and improve Quality Assurance practices and procedures associated with the Controlled Manufacturing Environments for Energy and Endo Mech Franchise Products

Functional/Technical Expertise- Develop and maintain understanding of the latest microbiology theories and research initiatives and make recommendations internally about any related changes to current methods and working practices

Carry out testing using appropriate aseptic techniques

Supports value streams in identifying and implementing corrective actions and increasing knowledge of good hygiene and microbial control practices

Analysis is undertaken safely and compliantly, meeting all required standards of EHS legislation and GMP, such as COSHH, Risk Assessments and DSE

May be required to write procedures or guidelines for the use of analytical equipment and to describe Laboratory working practices

Has a keen eye for detail and is readily able to identify procedural or GMP errors

Required to write procedures and / or reports for Laboratory working practices

Working with plant personnel to ensure that relevant processes and facilities also are
