Fragrance laboratory technician Assistant – Perfume Blending & Sampling

We are looking for a detail-oriented FLT Assistant to join our fragrance development team. You will support the fragrance laboratory technician in daily blending, sampling, and sample library management. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a unique creative, fast-paced perfumery company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perfume Blending Support: To assist Fragrance laboratory technician in weighing, mixing, and blending fragrance ingredients as per formulation sheets.

• Sample Preparation: To prepare methodical lab samples patiently and to develop client submissions with accuracy and proper labeling.

• Sample Management: To keep records of formulations, Inventory and Sample dispatches, also by maintaining and organizing the raw material and finished sample library in proper clean storage conditions.

• Lab Operations: To handle lab instruments like weighing balances, pipettes, and stirrers very carefully following proper SOPs for cleanliness and safety.

• Documentation: To prepare sample estimate, to Maintain dispatched sample details and maintain traceability of the same, to manage sample library excel sheet and to acknowledge certifications like COA, IFRA, MSDS, ALLERGEN etc. for control.

• Quality Checks: To perform basic fragrance notes and to have the ability of quality check on samples under guidance.

• Coordination: To work with procurement team and perfume creation team for sample requirements and blending.

• It is a Full Time Lab Technician / Pharmacist job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
