Lab Assistant – Perfume Blending & Sampling

We are looking for a detail-oriented Lab Assistant to join our fragrance development team. You will support the perfumers and lab chemists in daily blending, sampling, and sample library management. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced lab environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perfume Blending Support: Assist perfumers in weighing, mixing, and blending fragrance ingredients as per formulation sheets.

• Sample Preparation: Prepare lab samples, testers, and client submissions with accuracy and proper labeling.

• Sample Management: Maintain and organize the raw material and finished sample library. Track inventory of lab samples and ensure proper storage conditions.

• Lab Operations: Handle lab instruments like weighing balances, pipettes, and stirrers. Follow SOPs for cleanliness and safety.

• Documentation: Prepare sample estimate, Sample images, Maintain dispatch sample details, and maintain for traceability, lab sample excel sheet, Maintain Certifications like (COA, IFRA, MSDS, ALLERGEN etc)

• Quality Checks: Perform basic olfactive and visual checks on samples under guidance.

• Coordination: Work with procurement and Scent design team for sample requirements and blendings.

• It is a Full Time Lab Technician / Pharmacist job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
