Lab Assistant

We are hiring a Reception/Front Desk Executive (Female) for our pathology lab.

Responsibilities:

• Patient registration & billing

• Managing calls & WhatsApp queries

• Coordinating home collections

• Handling reports & daily workflow

• Maintaining a clean and professional front desk

Requirements:

• Good communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Friendly and patient-handling nature

• Experience in lab/clinic reception preferred (not mandatory)
