Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter patient data, test requests, and laboratory results into the system.

• Maintain and update molecular test records (PCR, genetic, and other molecular diagnostics).

• Ensure correctness of sample codes, barcodes, and patient identifiers.

• Coordinate with laboratory technicians and pathologists for data verification.

• Generate reports and assist in timely delivery of results.

• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and comply with lab protocols.

• Perform routine data checks and quality control to avoid errors.

• Support documentation and filing of molecular lab reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (Science background preferred).

• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and data management systems.

• Typing speed with high accuracy.

• Prior experience in healthcare or diagnostic lab data entry preferred.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
