Job Description

1. Conduct routine quality testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per QC standards.2. Perform chemical, physical, and instrumental analysis (titration, pH, spectrophotometer, moisture, density, etc.).3. Prepare, record, and maintain test reports, COAs, logbooks, and QC documentation as per ISO/GMP guidelines.4. Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.5. Maintain sample management, including labeling, storage, and disposal as per procedures.6. Follow all SOPs, safety norms, and quality compliance requirements.7. Assist in investigation of quality deviations, non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.8. Prepare standard solutions, reagents, and maintain chemical inventory.9. Coordinate with production and QA teams for process improvements and quality assurance.10. Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting of all QC test results.
