Job Description :
Test and analyze raw materials used in the production.
Conduct quality checks on in-process and finished products.
Support formulation trials and product development activities.
Monitor chemical parameters during mixing, molding, and curing processes.
Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
Assist in identifying defects and implementing corrective actions.
Coordinate with production and quality teams for process improvement.
Follow safety, environmental, and housekeeping norms in the plant.
Support internal and external audits as required.
