Job Description: M.Sc / M.Pharm Executive (Fresher & Experienced)

Job Summary

We have an urgent requirement for M.Sc and M.Pharm candidates to join our organization. Freshers will be provided training and hands-on exposure, while experienced candidates will be considered for roles based on their background, skills, and current CTC.

Eligibility & Salary

M.Sc (Fresher): ₹16,000 per month (in-hand)

M.Pharm (Fresher): ₹18,000 per month (in-hand)

Key Responsibilities

(Role-specific responsibilities will be assigned after interview)

Assist in day-to-day activities related to Quality Control / Regulatory / Production / R&D.

Perform documentation, data recording, and report preparation as per SOPs.

Support senior team members in testing, analysis, coordination, or compliance tasks.

Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Maintain accuracy, discipline, and proper documentation in assigned work.

Participate in training programs and continuous learning initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical / life science concepts.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Ability to work in a team as well as independently.

Qualification

M.Sc (Chemistry / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences or related fields)

M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics / Pharmacology / Quality Assurance / Regulatory Affairs or related specialization)
