Job Description

Production & Process Monitoring

Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packing activities.
Monitor line clearance before starting batch operations.
Verify raw materials, bulk products, packaging materials, and finished goods during processing.
Ensure adherence to approved BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) and BPR (Batch Packing Record).
Monitor critical process parameters and environmental conditions.

Documentation & Compliance

Review and maintain QA documentation, records, logs, and checklists.
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and company quality standards.
Report deviations, non-conformities, and incidents to QA Manager.
Verify calibration status labels of instruments and equipment.

Inspection & Testing

Conduct visual inspection of products and packaging.
Perform in-process checks such as:
- Weight variation
- pH
- Viscosity
- Appearance
- Filling volume
- Label verification
- Coding and batch details
