We are looking for a qualified Chemist to oversee laboratory operations and ensure quality control in our LABSA production process. The role involves testing, analysis, and compliance with industry standards to maintain product excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine chemical analysis of LABSA samples and Feedstock.
Monitor sulphonation process parameters and ensure quality consistency.
Prepare and maintain laboratory records, COA, and MSDS documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory norms.
Support production teams with troubleshooting and process improvements.
Requirements:
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry (Industrial preferred).
2 to 5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or QA/QC labs.
Knowledge of surfactant chemistry and sulphonation processes.
Familiarity with export documentation (COA, MSDS) is an advantage.
