Full Time
1. Oversee and manage all production-related activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
2. Monitor and control dumping section activities, including supervision of work carried out by contract labour, in compliance with operational and safety standards.
3. Coordinate and execute changeover activities at the dumping site with effective deployment of contract labour to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
4. Assign, guide, and monitor contract labour to ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and as per operational requirements.
5. Implement and sustain 5S practices across the workplac promote organization, efficiency, and safety.
