Job Description

● Genuine hands-on batch/process manufacturing experience — verifiable, not just titled

● Practical, hands-on skill with standard wet-chemistry lab techniques (titration, gravimetric analysis) and basic instrumentation (Karl Fischer titrator, melting point/drop point apparatus)

● Strong documentation discipline; comfortable owning real-time record-keeping rather than filling paperwork after the fact

● Prior team supervision experience (floor staff, shift workers)

● Lanolin or related fatty-material/oleochemical processing experience is a plus but not required

● Comfortable being named as technical staff on regulatory or licensing filings as needed, with supporting bio-data and certificates
