To perform all production reactions in the lab for the development of new products as well as existing products
Planning/ coordinating the weekly packing and production process to ensure there are enough ready stocks at all times
Maintaining batch-wise samples and label printing
Process development, process optimization, process validation, and determination of critical reaction parameters
Synthesis, Isolation, and Characterization of Impurities
Handling of various types of chemical reactions in the laboratory
Analysis of Finished Products, in process, Raw material, packing material, and Stability, retain samples
Should be able to handle all instruments related to QC such as universal testing machine etc.
Calibration, Validation, and qualification of all instruments
