Calibration Engineer

Job Description:

Responsible for calibrating and maintaining measuring instruments (electrical, mechanical, thermal, etc.) to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards like ISO/IEC 17025. Prepares calibration certificates, maintains records, and performs on-site calibration when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calibrate instruments as per national/international standards.

• Prepare and maintain calibration certificates and reports.

• Ensure traceability and measurement accuracy.

• Handle customer queries and perform on-site calibrations.

• Maintain and troubleshoot standard equipment.

Qualification:

Diploma/B.Tech/B.Sc. in Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Physics.

Skills:

Knowledge of calibration techniques, standards (like NABL, ISO), documentation, and basic troubleshooting.
