Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance through KPIs, provide actionable feedback, and support continuous improvement efforts.

• Training & Development: Deliver ongoing training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills.

• Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, analyze competitors, and identify new opportunities for business growth.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Reporting: Generate and present sales reports and insights to senior management, outlining progress, challenges, and future strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales leadership or team supervisory role; experience in the healthcare sector is a strong advantage.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare products and services, along with market dynamics.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
