Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Zoho Technical Consultant with strong hands-on knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho One ecosystem, AI, programming, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customize and automate Zoho CRM and Zoho applications using Deluge, APIs, Python, JavaScript and AI.

  • Work across the Zoho One suite and understand inter-product integrations.

  • Develop solutions using Zoho MCP Server, Zoho Connectors, APIs and third-party integrations.

  • Troubleshoot and optimize Zoho implementations and workflows.

  • Build AI-powered solutions, extensions and products on the Zoho platform.

  • Support technical sales, client acquisition and digital marketing initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM & Zoho One.

  • Knowledge of Zoho MCP Server, Connectors, APIs and integrations.

  • Proficiency in Deluge, Python and/or JavaScript.

  • Understanding of AI/LLMs and business automation.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication and client-handling skills.
