Job Description

WooCommerce & Server Developer (Part-time / Retainer) – JewelMarq

About us: JewelMarq is a premium jewellery brand based in Amritsar, selling online through its own WooCommerce store.

What you'll do

Maintain and secure our WordPress/WooCommerce site on a self-managed VPS (aaPanel, OpenLiteSpeed, MariaDB, PHP 8.x)

Handle server security, backups, SSL, mail setup and uptime

Fix bugs and make small changes to our custom theme and plugins (Elementor Free)

Support checkout and order flows (Razorpay, NimbusPost, GST, COD)

Help maintain n8n automations (Docker, webhooks, Telegram, WhatsApp via Fast2SMS)

Must have

2+ years of WordPress/WooCommerce development (PHP, hooks, custom plugins)

Linux VPS experience (Ubuntu, SSH, firewall, Docker basics)

Speed optimisation with LiteSpeed Cache, and basic SEO

Good to have

n8n or other automation tools, and REST APIs/webhooks

Experience with Indian payment and shipping gateways

Engagement: Part-time, about 10–15 hrs/week, remote. Monthly retainer, to be discussed.
