Web Developer / UI-UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have experience building modern, scalable, and secure web applications using contemporary frontend and backend technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications.

• Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance frontend interfaces.

• Develop secure and scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.

• Integrate frontend applications with backend systems and third-party services.

• Design, implement, and optimize database structures and queries.

• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.

• Debug, test, and troubleshoot application issues.

• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and developers throughout the development lifecycle.

• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and deployment processes.

• Maintain source code using Git and contribute to CI/CD workflows.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript is a plus.

• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Strong backend development experience using Node.js and Express.js.

• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.

• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and API integration.

• Experience implementing authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar CSS frameworks.

• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and version control workflows.

• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.

• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Experience with GraphQL and WebSockets.

• Knowledge of Redis, caching strategies, and message queues.

• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
