Web Developer / UI-UX Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer with strong SEO expertise to develop, optimize, and maintain our websites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in website development along with On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, traffic, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites

• Optimize website speed, performance, and mobile compatibility

• Manage CMS platforms such as WordPress (themes, plugins, customization)

• Ensure website security, backups, and regular updates

• Fix technical issues, bugs, and improve UI/UX

SEO – On-Page

• Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking

• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO-friendly content structure

• Improve page speed, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup

• Optimize images, ALT tags, and content readability

• Ensure proper indexing and crawlability (robots.txt, sitemap)

SEO – Off-Page

• Plan and execute link-building strategies

• Manage backlinks, directory submissions, guest posting, and outreach

• Monitor domain authority, spam score, and competitor backlinks

• Handle local SEO listings (Google Business Profile, citations)

• Track and improve website authority and organic traffic

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)

• 1–4 years of experience in web development and SEO

• It is a Full Time IT / Software / Data Analyst job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
