About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user behavior, visual design principles, and modern design systems, along with the ability to collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business teams.

The role requires someone who can transform complex requirements into clean, functional, and visually compelling interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web applications, mobile apps, and enterprise platforms.

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to improve product experience.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

• Work closely with product and business teams to translate requirements into intuitive experiences.

• Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for product improvement.

• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design for software products or digital platforms.

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and problem-solving approach.

• Proficiency in design tools such as:

  • Figma

  • Adobe XD

  • Sketch

  • Photoshop / Illustrator

• Good understanding of:

  • User-centered design principles

  • Typography, color theory, and layout systems

  • Responsive and mobile-first design

  • Interaction design and prototyping

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks is a plus.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments preferred.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or e-commerce products.

• Familiarity with Material Design, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, or modern design systems.

• Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.

• Experience with usability testing tools and analytics platforms.
