Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and office IT equipment

• Install and troubleshoot software, Windows systems, and basic networking issues

• Handle CCTV monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Manage biometric attendance systems and user records

• Operate and maintain CRM software and provide staff support

• Ensure internet, Wi-Fi, and LAN connections work properly

• Data backup and basic system security management

• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and technical services when needed
