Job Title - Technical Support Engineer
Experience - Fresher (0–1 Year)
Salary - 10,000- 12,000 per month
Working Days - 6 Days a Week
Work Timing - 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location - Sector 18, Noida
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor SMS, WhatsApp, and voice call campaigns on a day-to-day basis.
Provide first-level technical support for bulk messaging platforms and calling systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of communication campaigns.
Troubleshoot issues related to message delivery failures, call connectivity, and platform errors.
Assist in setting up messaging templates, scheduling campaigns, and configuring automation flows.
Maintain detailed campaign reports and ensure accurate tracking of sent messages and calls.
REQUIRED SKILLS & ELIGIBILITY:
• Basic understanding of SMS gateways, WhatsApp Business API, and VoIP/calling tools.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously under time pressure.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to new tools.
• Basic knowledge of internet technologies, web portals, and digital communication platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or campaign dashboards is a plus.
• Graduate in Computer Science, IT, BCA, B.Tech, or any relevant field.
• Freshers encouraged to apply; up to 1 year of internship or part-time experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital marketing communication tools or campaign operations is an added advantage.
