Job description:
Role Summary
Responsible for end-to-end management of ELV projects including design coordination, execution,
installation, testing, commissioning, and client handover while ensuring adherence to quality,
safety, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution: Plan scope, timelines, resources; prepare schedules; coordinate
teams and ensure timely execution.
Technical Management: Oversee installation of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA Systems,
Networking, and other ELV systems. Review drawings and ensure compliance.
Site Coordination: Manage site teams, conduct inspections, resolve issues, and coordinate with
stakeholders.
Client Management: Act as SPOC, attend meetings, provide updates, and handle escalations.
Vendor & Material Management: Finalize vendors, ensure procurement, and verify quality.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure standards compliance, maintain documentation, and conduct
testing & commissioning.
Safety Management: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, permits, and risk assessments.
Financial Control: Monitor budgets, billing, and variation management.
