About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce B2B Support Tech Lead responsible for L2 and L3 support and maintenance of the Salesforce B2B Commerce Platform, Umbraco CMS, and Tenovos DAM platform. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Salesforce ecosystems and experience managing production support environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 and L3 production support for Salesforce B2B Commerce platform
Maintain and troubleshoot Umbraco CMS and Tenovos DAM platforms
Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and system improvements
Coordinate with development and operations teams for issue resolution
Implement fixes, patches, and system enhancements
Ensure system stability, performance, and security compliance
Provide technical leadership and support to the support team
