Job Title : Technical Support Executive

Experience : 0 - 1yrs (Freshers)

Work Timing : 5am to 2pm & 2pm to 11pm - Rotational Shift

Work Location : Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Manage the client from onboarding, through the life cycle and ongoing activities

● Takes care of escalation and troubleshooting

● Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time

● Good Analytical & effective interpersonal skills

● Provide the customer feedback to the relevant team
